And the thought of having to spend 10 hours a day, 5 days a week, doing things you don't care to do, for people you don't necessarily want to see or deal with, in a place you don't want to be, for the next 30 or 40 years (taking into considerations few layoffs and out of work time), just to be able to pay for being human and alive, is both frightening and depressing. Is this the purpose of living? Is this even living?
