I had a package delivered to me today via UPS. This package requires signature, UPS said it will be contact-less, so I felt a bit of relief. When the doorbell rang, I was scrambling looking for a mask to put on before I open the door, once I opened the door, the delivery lady was standing there without a mask asking me for a name, I did notice she had gloves on, but no mask!

I understand the inconvenience but she did not need to wear the mask at all times, just the few seconds when she is interacting with the customer, is that too much to ask?
